IPTV Setup Guide

Your IPTV subscription works through a player app on the device you already own. This guide covers what you need, how to set it up and how to fix common playback problems.

Where to get a subscription

What you need

  • Your login details or playlist from your order email or account.
  • A supported device — check your plan's details for the devices it works with.
  • An IPTV player app. Use the one recommended in your order instructions if there is one.
  • A stable internet connection; HD and 4K channels need more bandwidth.

Most IPTV players accept either an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username and password) or an M3U playlist link. Use whichever format your order includes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use IPTV on more than one device?

You can install it on several devices, but simultaneous streams are limited by your plan's connection count. Check the plan details before ordering.

Why is my stream buffering?

Buffering is usually caused by the connection. Restart the app, try a wired connection and make sure you're within your plan's connection limit.
